Shipping Policy
BAAG currently ships orders within India. Complimentary standard shipping is included on orders placed through our website.

Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Limited-run, made-to-order or high-demand pieces may require additional processing time; if a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, most domestic deliveries are expected within approximately 3–7 business days depending on destination, courier service and local conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, service interruptions or other events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping address
Please provide a complete and accurate address, PIN code and phone number. If you notice an address error, contact hello@baag.in as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where tracking is available, dispatch or tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided with the order. If a parcel appears lost, damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order details so we can investigate with the delivery partner.
