By using this website or placing an order with BAAG, you agree to the following terms.

Products and pricing
Product descriptions, sizes, availability and prices are shown on the website in Indian Rupees. Taxes are included where stated. Product colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. We may correct obvious pricing, description or inventory errors before accepting an order.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order verification. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, a payment is invalid or fraudulent, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If this happens, we will use the contact details provided with the order.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay using payment methods enabled for the BAAG account. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and shipping information. BAAG does not store card or UPI credentials.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please review them before paying.
Intellectual property
BAAG branding, artwork, product graphics, photography, text and website design are protected content belonging to BAAG or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, sold, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Website use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, manipulate prices or orders, misuse checkout, or use the website for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where necessary to protect customers, the store or payment systems.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BAAG is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
